Shipping policy

All items are shipped from our US-based suppliers directly to you. We do not stock or warehouse any inventory ourselves.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your order.

Shipping carrier and method is automatically selected based on the best rate for your order.

When shipping products internationally from the United States, various customs duties and taxes may be additionally charged. This calculator is the easiest way to determine the total price of the order.

 

Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on origin, destination, shipping method, and receipt of payment.

Usually, it takes 3-9 business days from the date of purchase to deliver your order. 

Orders that contain more than 10 items might take up to 5 business days more shipping time.

 

Tracking Information

You will receive tracking information and updates directly from the shipping carrier. Please refer to your confirmation email for tracking or contact us for more details.

Sometimes it might take an extra date or two for the shipping information to be updated by the carrier.

Also, please make sure you visit the correct carrier website/service to check your tracking code (USPS, FedEx, etc.). Alternatively, try the universal package tracker if you are not sure which carrier is responsible for the order delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipments sent to US military bases can not be delivered. Such orders are not eligible for a refund.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damage or issues must be reported to us within 48 hours with photos. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any confirmed shipping damages or lost packages.

 

Returns and Refunds

Please see our Refunds policy for how to initiate a return and get a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
